The Grace Hotel Sydney purchased gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers cannot be partially redeemed; any unused balance will not be refunded or credited. Redemption is subject to room availability. Lost or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
