At The Grace Hotel we have always understood the importance of hygiene and cleanliness as it is at the heart of who we are and what we do. Hygiene and cleanliness are vital when traveling and now more than ever we wish to assure you of our continued commitment to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness protocols within the hotel.
We have adapted our standards to align with Government and expert health advice in relation to Covid-19. Please see below some of the precautionary measures we have put in place to protect our guests, staff, partners and suppliers.
Hotel Entry and Public Spaces
We have increased the frequency and scope of cleaning with hospital-grade disinfection of all high-contact public spaces such as the hotel lobby, elevators, public bathrooms and all frequently touched surfaces including counters, buttons, handles and taps.
Automatic hand sanitiser stations have been conveniently placed throughout the hotel public areas for guest use.
Social distancing is maintained at all times by team members and hotel guests with the assistance of floor decals and signage.
Reception & Check in Process
Temperature checks are conducted for all guests at the point of check-in as part of our health screening.
Hygiene screens have been installed at our reception desks and other service counters.
All consumables are sanitised before and after use.
Guest Accommodation Rooms
All rooms are thoroughly cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectant during and after each guest stay and hygienically sealed once all cleaning protocols have been completed.
Limit physical contact room service breakfast and dinner are available.
Hotel staff members will not enter an occupied guest room unless requested. Staff will wear personal protective equipment when requested or required to enter or service rooms.
All team members have been trained on updated hygiene and cleanliness procedures. We perform daily health & temperature checks on all team members prior to the commencement of duties.
We practice social distancing for all interactions within the hotel including internal meetings and, in all offices and back of house areas.
Senior hotel management meet regularly to adjust operating protocols in line with Government updates and guidelines. We receive regular updates and advice from Hotel Associations which utilises all available resources including Safe Work Australia, NSW Health as well as the National COVID-19 Coordination Commission (NCCC).
The above list is not exhaustive but serves to highlight the increased activities and care being taken at The Grace Hotel. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information.
We look forward to serving you and to ensuring that you “Stay-Well” during your visit.
